It is sort of a challenge to get sieve tasks these days, so....SR5 Sieve is currently issuing WUs. Happy April's Fools Day! No, seriously, tasks are available. Have fun coloring your badge!

I am running it on a single host at the moment. Mostly to get the WUProp hours, but it should also help speed up the sieving process for the PG guys. Its a 96-core Intel rig. No idea if those tasks benefit from multi-threading or if they have some L3 cache limitations. I'm just running single threads on all the cores at once. lol

Well, they're not designed to multi-thread, so although it might be possible with an app_config, I don't think so.

I'll run flat out just until my next TRP milestone (or maybe the 2nd next, depending on how quickly points progress) , as a stress test for the Pentathlon. So I have either 4.6 or 14.6 million to go.

Edit:
At the 1800 UTC update = 3.24 days into the race, TeAm AnandTech passed the 50 M mark. Which means that a 100+ M result for this challenge is in the cards.

Almost everybody had a jump upwards in their credits at the 4/20 20:00UTC update. If I understand correctly, there was accidentally a batch of workunits (or FFT lengths?) for which credit hadn't been precalculated on the server, and this was corrected at this update.
